  • Estimated Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your geographic location and the carrier used (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Delays: High-volume shipping periods, severe weather events, or carrier disruptions may occasionally impact delivery timelines. We will communicate any significant delays directly via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Tracking
  • Rates: Shipping charges for your order are calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

To be eligible for a return and full refund:

  • The safety seal or tamper-evident wrapping must be fully intact.
  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or partially consumed products due to health, safety, and sanitary regulations.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the safety seal.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
